Payment Forms Page

This is an informational page about FACTS Payment Forms, the mechanism schools use to accept funds from charges outside (and inside) your school. To make Tuition and Incidental bill payments families must have a FACTS financial account. Fees from these forms are processes using the Nelnet (FACTS) Pay-it processor and purchasers do not have to have a FACTS account to purchase or give. Payment Forms are part of the FACTS Financial services not School Site. 

These forms may be passive forms like permission forms, sign up forms, donation forms or purchase forms. If the fees are for educational purposes like classes, then you can pass the credit car fees on to the purchaser. If the fees are to purchase non-educational products then tax may be added an the school legal credit card liability can be met.
